We offer several shipping and delivery options, including local dock pickup at our facility, FedEx shipping, and freight delivery services.
Customer Responsibility: Product Inspection at Delivery
It is the customer's sole responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. This means you must take the time to visually examine the product, including the interior contents. When you sign the proof of delivery or bill of lading, you are confirming that the product has been inspected and is free of damage.
We ensure all items are fully inspected before they leave our facility. However, if an item is damaged during transit, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. You have the right to refuse delivery of a damaged item, or if you choose to accept it, please make a note on the delivery paperwork that the item was received in damaged condition. This documentation is essential for filing claims and arranging replacements.
Please be aware that verbal notification to the delivery driver is not sufficient. Written notation is required to process any claims or replacement requests effectively.
