Customer Pick Up at Dock: Items are available for direct pick-up at our facility's dock location in Knoxville, TN.

Ships Freight: Freight shipments may incur additional fees for residential delivery and/or liftgate services.
Providing a commercial address can help avoid these extra charges. Desk arrives in multiple large and heavy wooden crates. Dock or liftgate is required to unload. Always inspect freight arrivals for damage before accepting.

Set-Up & Maintenance

Desk will light up and work when plugged in, following a pre-installed light program. To select from the other installed light programs, use your phone to download the Bekonix Mobile app from your app store. To design your own programs, go to Microsoft.com and search for Bekonix. Download "Bekonix Designer Free" to your laptop or desktop computer.
Additionally, this product features a music activation mode, which responds to music on the beat with changing lights.

Maintenance: To clean acrylic, use a soft microfiber cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, like a mix of water and dish soap. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the surface. Gently wipe the acrylic with the cloth, rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth to prevent scratches.
