Customer Pick Up at Dock: Items are available for direct pick-up at our facility's dock location in Knoxville, TN.

Ships Freight: Freight shipments may incur additional fees for residential delivery and/or liftgate services.
Providing a commercial address can help avoid these extra charges. Table arrives in a large and heavy wooden crate constructed with 3/4" plywood. Dock or liftgate is required to unload. Always inspect freight arrivals for damage before accepting.

Set-Up & Maintenance

Use the power supply (included) to connect the power cord (located at the bottom of one leg) to a wall socket. The table should turn on when plugged in; if not, make sure the battery is installed in your remote (included) without plastic barrier shield and press the On button.

Maintenance: To clean acrylic, use a soft microfiber cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, like a mix of water and dish soap. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the surface. Gently wipe the acrylic with the cloth, rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth to prevent scratches.
